Level 3 Base Character

Level 3 Characters are extremely powerful. They are even more powerful than most metahumans, having more health and more ability to allocate resources to their attributes. Their powers border on "god-like". Characters such as He-Man or Superman are level 3 Characters.

_{TIP: Don't give your characters too many special abilities. You will likely end up having one or two things they do which you like and you'll use a lot, but more than that can get hard to stay ontop of.}

Level 3 Henchmen

Level 3 henchmen are tough! When knocked down they go face-up, requiring an extra hit to go face down and a further hit to kill. 3 hits whilst standing kill instantly.
