Level 2 Character
Strong Characters who have higher health and strength than average humans. E.G Ninja Turtles and Metahumans
Level 2 Base Character
Level 2 Characters have more health than Level 1 and a greater maximum pool per base stat. They are great for high level characters who are enhanced, metahumans or mutants.
TIP: Don't give your characters too many special abilities. You will likely end up having one or two things they do which you like and you'll use a lot, but more than that can get hard to stay ontop of.

Level 2 Henchmen
Level 2 henchmen are weak but pose a real threat, especially in numbers! When knocked down they go directly to face-down. 2 hits whilst standing kill instantly.
